Frequently Asked Questions

What about bills that are paid yearly or quarterly?

List them like any other bill and only tick the months they are due. Writing the amount helps you set money aside in the months before.

Should I write account numbers on it?

It is safer not to. The account details table asks for the website or phone number instead, which is enough to find and pay the bill.

Is this bill payment tracker template really free?

Yes, completely free. No signup, no email, no catch. Just download the PDF and use it.

What size is the bill payment tracker template?

The template is formatted for standard US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) and also works well on A4 paper.

Can I edit this template?

The PDF is designed for printing and writing by hand. For a digital version, we recommend duplicating it in Notion or Google Docs.
